What the claims feature does
The claims feature lets your users send in a claim or request from their phone, and lets you manage what comes in from your dashboard. It gives them a simple, consistent way to get in touch about something specific and gives your team the details in one place.
How to add it to your app
Open your app in the editor, go to the features panel and add Claims. Fill in its settings, place it in your app's menu and check it in the live preview. Changes appear in the app straight away, and our team handles the App Store and Google Play submission for you.
